Are you passionate about navigating complex legal landscapes and shaping the future of third-party partnerships?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Third Party Contract Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our third-party agreements align with global regulatory standards and internal policies. This role will focus on managing third-party contracts with a significant emphasis on legal work (100% legal).

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be at the forefront of reviewing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with cutting-edge regulations like the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the European Banking Authority’s (EBA) Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements, while also driving operational excellence in contract management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure Compliance: Review and analyse third-party contracts to ensure compliance with Wise’s policies, as well as with local and global regulatory requirements, including major regulations like DORA and the EBA Guidelines on outsourcing.
  • Negotiate & Collaborate: Partner with Wisers across teams—Legal, Security, Privacy—to negotiate critical contract clauses and align them with Wise’s risk management strategies.
  • Identify & Mitigate Risks: Recognize regulatory risks related to third-party partnerships, and proactively develop strategies to address them, keeping our operations compliant and secure.
  • Enhance Processes: Drive efficiency and productivity in our contract lifecycle management, ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships across departments to provide actionable contract advice and maintain a seamless contracting experience.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement innovations in contract management, improving both process and outcomes across the organization.
  • Improve our Technology & Tools: Contribute to selecting and implementing the right technologies that support the Third Party Management team’s efficiency, leveraging modern solutions for productivity gains.
  • Knowledge Management: Engage in Wise’s horizon scanning and knowledge management efforts, staying ahead of emerging trends and regulations in the SaaS and financial sectors.

Why Join Us?

At Wise, we’re committed to simplifying finance for everyone. If you’re looking for a role where you can use your legal expertise in a fast-growing, global company with cutting-edge regulatory challenges, this is the perfect opportunity. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

This role gives you the chance to choose your path and make a real impact. At Wise, we believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously. You’ll take ownership from day one. Of course, you will have feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll experience unique levels of ownership and empowerment within your role.

Join us on our mission to make money without borders the new normal!
Your work will directly contribute to revolutionizing the way the world thinks about finance, making a lasting difference on a global scale.

What We Do

We’re making a positive, irreversible change in the world of finance. Together.

People on every continent around the world are choosing Wise to help them live, travel and work internationally. We’re the fairest, easiest way to send money overseas.

Built by and for people who live global lives, we make sending money abroad up to 8 times cheaper than the bank. This is money without borders - instant, convenient, transparent and eventually free.

For our customers, using Wise is as simple as sending money from A to B, but behind our app and website is a complex engine of currencies and routes, that’s being designed, built and powered by our talented teams in cities around the world.

We’re just at the beginning of our story and we’re growing at an incredible pace. We won’t stop until anyone, anywhere can send, spend and receive money wherever they are, whatever they’re doing. There’s still heaps to do and we can’t do it alone.

Why Work With Us

We are a mission-driven company, looking to change banking for the better. Current banking systems don’t let us send, spend or receive money across borders easily. Or quickly. Or cheaply.
