About the role

We are looking for a Theatrical Film Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of anime film campaigns across the UK and Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of theatrical marketing, film distribution, and audience engagement across the region. Reporting to our Senior Manager, EMEA Theatrical Marketing, you will work cross-functionally to drive awareness, manage creative assets and timelines, and deliver successful box office results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead theatrical marketing campaigns across the UK and EU, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end campaigns across traditional, digital, and emerging platforms, ensuring strong audience engagement and box office success.
  • Manage creative assets and timelines, collaborating with licensors and internal teams to bring campaigns to market effectively.
  • Execute region-specific marketing strategies, tailoring campaigns to different audience behaviors across EMEA.
  • Oversee budgets and timelines, ensuring all release deliverables are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with licensors, exhibitors, and distribution partners across the UK and EU.

About You

  • You have a track record of running successful film marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution.
  • You have deep knowledge of the UK and European film markets, audience trends, and promotional tactics.
  • You have experience collaborating with licensors, exhibitors, and cross-functional teams in an international setting.
  • You have strong project management skills, able to balance multiple releases and deadlines.
  • You are passionate about film, anime, and entertainment marketing.

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
