Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and collaborative Content & Social Media Specialist to join our Thailand team. In this role, you will create and manage localized content for the Thai market, oversee social media activities, and ensure the quality of website, email, and translation efforts. You will also work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure that content and visuals align seamlessly and be responsible for making minor creative adjustments using Adobe tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Localization: Write and localize content for the Thai market, including social media posts, blog articles, and website copy, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s tone and style.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media channels (Facebook, Line, YouTube, etc.) for the Thailand market, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and growing the community.
- Website & Email Management: Oversee and manage localized website content and email campaigns.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure consistent and locally relevant messaging.
- Translation Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of voice and tone in all translations from English to Thai. Review and approve translated materials.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure content and visuals are aligned and engaging for local audiences.
- Adobe Skills: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to amend and adapt design templates provided by the Graphic Designer for campaigns and social media posts.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and global teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assets.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on content performance
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic creative amendments.
- Strong writing and localization skills in Thai and English.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Knowledge of website management and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of voice and tone, with a focus on maintaining consistency across all communication.
- Collaboration skills to work closely with designers and marketing teams.
- Language: Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
