Mission:

You will define and follow-up the validation strategy for space applications (test plans, test means, test procedures, etc.). As Test Manager you will lead the Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities of the system and will supervise its lower lever elements in accordance with the Project Design Authority and the development team.

Skills and ideal experience:

  • Master of Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics or Aeronautical.
  • At least 3 years of experience in testing activities for radiofrequency or electronic systems: component testing, integration and verification, test automation, test equipment, test management, validation and acceptance.
  • Knowledge in firmware and or software integration and validation.
  • Proven capacity to ensure success by meeting deadlines and achieving a balanced budget.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage risks and opportunities associated to IVVQ activity.
  • Ability to manage schedule and cost of Integration and Validation activities.
  • Motivated to learn new technologies and space-business processes.
  • Fluent English.

Skills to make the difference:

  • Experience in DSP (digital signal processor)
  • Good skills to manage teams (without hierarchical responsibility).
  • French would be a plus.
