WHAT IS THE POSITION
The Territory Support Representative (TSR) works closely with the Field Sales Teams (AVP) to meet departmental goals. A TSR is focused on supporting large state, consortium and building level strategic implementations through outbound campaigns to verify renewal purchase, district deconsolidation purchases or state level and consortium implementation processing. In this role, you will be engaging in conversations - both via email and by phone – with building level leadership. The TSR is responsible for managing an assigned territory and exceeding individual goals. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations without large strategic implementations ensuring efficient processes and sales processing and communication. Take on additional tasks and projects as required to support customer success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Order Processing: Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of necessary documentation
  • Data Management: Maintain and update CRM and other sales databases with up-to-date client and prospect information
  • Report Preparation: Generate and distribute reports on product usage, at risk status and remaining outcomes, helping the Field Sales team to stay informed and proactive
  • Client Communication: Assist in sending out client follow-ups, order confirmations, and product information as needed
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and client agreements
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and customer success, to streamline the sales process and ensure client satisfaction

WHAT IS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education preferred
  • Must have experience in a sales, business development, demand, or lead generation, within a customer focused, revenue driven environment
  • Previous experience working with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
  • Experience with business software applications including MS Outlook and virtual communication tools
  • Ability to run effective and professional virtual meetings
  • Must be goals and results oriented with a self-starter mentality and a strong sense of accountability
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and initiative to get the job done

Pay range for this role:

$45,000$55,000 USD
