You Will
As a Territory Sales Manager (English/Spanish), you will sign new agents (retail stores), as well as conduct regular visits to our existing agents with intent to increase sales volumes of or valued services within your assigned territory. With over 10,000 locations US wide, our point-of-sale units manage wire transfers, check cashing and bill payments. This position is ideal for those who enjoy being on the road, possess the drive to exceed our un-capped sales targets.
- Sign new Agents (retail locations) prospecting small to medium sized businesses in assigned territory by conducting face-to-face visits and meetings while carrying out product presentations
- Manage those new agents by onboarding them through installation of hardware, documentation and training
- Regularly visit and prospect existing agents to increase service volume that will drive overall growth of your territory
- Meet and exceed sales targets through drive and perseverance
You Have
- Spanish / English Bilingual is a must
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, territory/outside sales is desired
- Experience selling consumer products and/or services to small retailers such as beverages, food, pre-paid cards, pre-paid cell phones, and financial products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have your own vehicle & car insurance.
- Travel 90% of the time.
