JOB SUMMARY:

Promote sales growth of Cabinetworks Group products and identify new dealer business within assigned territory.  Responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers in the dealer channel, along with providing product knowledge and customer service, to generate increased sales revenue.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Prospect and network within the assigned territory to ensure Cabinetworks Group is product of choice among dealers.
•    Motivate dealer personnel to promote Cabinetworks Group products to their consumers.
•    Build and leverage relationships with dealer staff designers in order to promote sales and growth of Cabinetworks Group Products.
•    Collaborate with the learning team to train and support dealer personnel by educating on the Cabinetworks Group product lines and program offerings.
•    Proactively address quality issues arising in the field by partnering with dealers to achieve a resolution.
•    Report quality and shipping issues to the manufacturing facilities to ensure company standards.
•    Work closely with dealers on utilizing product catalog through 20/20 design software.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
•    Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience.
•    3 years experience of successful building product/building industry sales.
•    Basic computer knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Demonstrated understanding of the business relationship as it relates to the consumer, the customer, and the designer’s needs.
•    Ability to travel overnight and up to 30-60%, or as needed.
•    Ability to travel internationally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
•    Knowledge of 20/20 design software.
•    Background in the cabinet or kitchen/bath industry.  
•    Experience using Salesforce.com.
