Your Role and Impact:

Drive core growth by actively managing accounts, engaging in sales activities, and converting opportunities within the territory.

Implement sales strategies aligned with annual sales and financial goals to support regional growth.

Develop and execute account plans, including regular business reviews, with a focus on Turkey.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and sales partners to ensure business continuity and growth.

Address customer issues with urgency, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
-
Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) to manage and track business performance effectively.
-
Provide territory market insights to guide pricing strategies.
-
Actively participate in Growth Room initiatives and execute countermeasures for underperforming metrics.

Represent Beckman Coulter at industry events, congresses, and symposiums.
-
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard work protocols.

Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to drive commercial excellence.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
-
Proven experience in tactical sales, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing customer accounts, ideally in laboratory diagnostics.

Experience in indirect sales and channel partner management.

Strong market analysis, planning, and strategic execution skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
