Job Description

Summary
In this position you will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager. This role will be looking after 7 New World Stores and 12 Woolworths stores with a weekly call cycle.
Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Manages Territory performance through regular performance review by store.
- Develop a Territory plan with key store plans which are executed, reviewed and optimised.
- Builds understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans.
- Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomes
- Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy
- Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets
- Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business
- Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store
About you
- Experience in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Highly organised
- Commercially astute
- Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers
- Tertiary qualifications preferred
