About the role

As Territory Manager you will be responsible for sales growth for commercial customers in the Auckland/Waikato territory. The role combines account management of existing customers with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales and deliver tailored solutions from Electrolux’s product range.

What You’ll Do

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the commercial sector, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and exceeded.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base within the assigned territory.

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on Electrolux's commercial product range, tailoring solutions to meet customers' specific needs.

  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

  • Reporting: Accurately report on sales performance, opportunities and forecasts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and service, to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Training and Support: Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they maximize the value of Electrolux's offerings.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any customer concerns, credits or issues promptly and effectively.

Who you are

  • You’re an experienced Territory Manager or Account Manager with experience selling products into commercial customer groups

  • Exposure selling products into Merchants, Builders/Developers & Specifiers highly advantageous

  • You understand the commercial market and/or the home appliance sector and its dynamics (preferred but not essential).
