今回募集するポジションは、こうしたHPE Aruba Networkingのオファリングをエンドユーザー様に向けて訴求し、ビジネス成長をリードするハイタッチ営業のポジションです。特定の業界セグメントにおける複数のアカウントセットを担当し、アサインされたQuotaの達成を目指します。

<職務内容>

・Sales Quotaの達成に向けたハイタッチ営業活動

担当顧客におけるビジネス成長戦略の策定と遂行担当顧客のマネジメント、上位マネジメントと連携したエグゼクティブとの関係強化、新規開拓、戦略的パートナーとの協業による案件創出、獲得Pipeline, Sales Forecastの管理、レポート

・組織目標達成への貢献

組織イベント・施策への積極参加、フィールドからのフィードバック提供ハイパフォーマンスカルチャー醸成施策への理解と、自己啓発・自己開発を通じた組織活性化への貢献

<必要なスキル・経験>

法人向け営業経験 (業界は問わない)

・IT業界への強い興味および関心

・目標達成意欲と行動力

・顧客とのリレーション構築スキル

・パイプライン、Forecastマネジメントスキル

・ハイパフォーマンスカルチャーの醸成に向けた、組織運営・施策への積極参加、協調マインドセット
