Position Overview
Join Tencent Cloud International’s Sales Trainee Program and kick-start your career in the thriving world of cloud solutions. As an Associate Account Representative based in Thailand, you will undergo comprehensive training in Go-To-Market strategies while actively contributing to building and managing relationships with key partners in the region. This role is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive business growth in a dynamic and innovative industry. Fluency in English and Thai is required, and proficiency in Chinese Mandarin will provide a strong advantage.
- Account Management Support: Assist senior sales team members in managing customer accounts, including contract preparation, negotiation, and handling administrative tasks.
- Lead Generation: Leverage networking and prospecting skills to identify potential clients, generating leads and uncovering new sales opportunities aligned with Tencent Cloud’s business goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering guidance and support to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the Business Contracts Manager to negotiate contracts and execute strategic account plans. Contribute to sales forecasting and revenue growth.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Tencent Cloud’s product offerings to craft tailored service solutions. Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team to address customer needs effectively.
- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends and customer data to inform sales strategies and provide recommendations for improving market competitiveness.
Who We Look For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or its relevant field, with graduation expected between January 2024 and December 2025. Candidates must be available to join by the end of 2025.
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within the cloud services industry. Prior experience in cloud or software sales internships is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and close deals. A proactive and results-oriented mindset is essential.
- Proficiency in English and Thai is required. Chinese Mandarin skills will be highly advantageous for interacting with regional and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS, and the broader internet landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
