Tenant Coordinator

We're looking for a talented individual to join our PMPS team as the Tenant Coordinator. The PMPS department oversees construction, renovation, and restructuring projects in shopping centers across phases such as design, tendering, and implementation. It supports tenants with store completion and assists the Technical Management team in large-scale tenders for key services like cleaning, maintenance, and security, as well as major maintenance projects

Key objectives   

As a Tenant Coordinator at URW, you guide tenants through the construction of their retail spaces, acting as their main point of contact. By building strong relationships and keeping communication smooth, you play a key role in ensuring everything comes together successfully, contributing to the overall success of our shopping centers.

What you will be doing…  

• You are the primary point of contact for the tenant, advise them and ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction;

• You guide them through the process from contract signing to the opening of the unit.

• You ensure that tenants meet strict requirements in the field of design, sustainability, and construction safety;

• You test tenants' wishes for technical feasibility and translate them into construction costs;

• You are ultimately responsible for the delivery of the retail unit to the tenant.

• You have frequent contact with colleagues from other departments where you report on the progress of the work and advise on a technical level during lease negotiations.  

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?  

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field of study

• Experience in managing construction processes

• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills

• Excellent at building relationships and has a solution-focused approach

• Solid project management expertise

• Have sharp financial and analytical skills

• Fluent in both Dutch and English
