We grew significantly in January and are looking for a team of short term Customer Care Specialists to help us catch up on our customer inquiries. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk using a library of responses
  • Escalate customer issues to Team Leads as needed
  • Represent our values of positive, proactive and transparent in all of your communications

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing support or communications role
  • Schedule expectations: Full-time, 40 hours weekly for 1 month duration
  • Must have personal laptop and high speed internet access
  • A clear communicator with solid written and oral communications
  • A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude and ability to jump right in

This is a temporary hourly role that will be paid $20/hour
