We are looking for a talented team-player to manage our global application stack and help enhance the employee experience. As Senior System Administrator, you have a proven track-record of running a reliable and secure application stack and infrastructure, with a proactive approach to maintenance and security. You will:

• Be the knowledge expert for our core SaaS applications, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, Slack, etc
• Own the 3rd level support, handling escalations, guiding and training our user support team in best practices and on new solutions
• Maintain and troubleshoot our network to provide the best in-person experience on our headquarters and our 19 remote offices
• Be proficient in scripting on Python or Javascript
• Apply security best practices and processes, in line with legal requirements and international certifications.
• Keep track of IT-related issues and document their solutions for future reference
• Collaborate on the development of internal tools, configuration management, definition of our service KPIs and continuous service improvements
• Collaborate with the user support team and the wider business functions in planning and executing internal IT and third-party integration projects
• Integrate automation to our internal operations to ensure a more reliable and scalable service to improve the overall employee experience.
• Drive strategic improvements to our IT service offerings
• Be deeply involved in the selection and procurement process of new tools and services

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT related field, or 4-5 years experience working in the field
• You are customer obsessed and no request is too small
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and relate to a variety of non-technical users
• You have successfully driven key IT initiatives
• You can remedy security vulnerabilities while maintaining the balance between user experience and environment protection
• You are a quick learner who enjoys analyzing and solving problems, able to work independently
• You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload efficiently
