Job Summary & Responsibilities
This position will apply principles of accounting to record financial information and prepare financial reports. Main duties include preparing and maintaining financial and business transactions.
Hybrid: Onsite Mondays and Wednesdays

• Maintaining all financial records for the organization
• Performing general accounting duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Account reconciliations, and General Ledger accounting
• Preparing entries to accounts and document business transactions
• Assisting in the preparation of month- close and monthly financial statements
• Considering the need for new or changed controls
• Assisting with the audit or review of company accounts
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience
Degree: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Experience with treasury functions such as sending wires
• Understanding of and ability to implement Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
