Job Description

The Telesales Support Specialist is responsible for several commercial activities, such as:

 

  • contacting potential customers via phone according to the company's internal policies in order to schedule live and online meetings for the Field Sales Team;
  • informing them about the company's products & services;
  • conducting a professional discussion with a decision-maker in the potential client company;
  • entering and updating customer information in our database;
  • keeping records of calls and pinpointing useful information;
  • assisting the Field Sales Team regarding administrative tasks;
  • meeting company expectations for excellent customer service by learning details about our products;
  • addressing any questions or issues customers may have.

Qualifications

If you have:

  • excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • experience in telesales or any other call center support activity;
  • positive attitude towards achieving monthly KPIs (calls execution and meetings arrangement);
  • at least high school degree of education;
  • excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software products, CRM and Google product systems;
  • good command of English;
  • and last but not least – willingness to learn new things and develop in the field of sales, finances, insurance or data analyzing…
