  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate recording of information and follow-up actions.
  • Educational Requirements: a bachelor’s degree, especially in business, marketing, or related fields.
