Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calls to generate interest and schedule trial classes.
- Needs Assessment & Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs to identify the most promising leads and connect them with sales consultants.
- Sales Support & Follow-Up: Nurture leads throughout the sales process, providing timely follow-up to drive successful closings.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with superiors and team members to achieve company goals.
What You'll Need
- Associate degree or higher (all majors welcome!)
- 1+ year of work experience (experience in telemarketing is a plus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with both Mandarin and English speaking clients
