Responsibilities:
- Works with the Auto Glass Now (AGN) Telecom team to ensure the smooth operation of the VoIP phone network at the shop and call center levels through support channels and improvement monitoring
- Helps designs, develop, test, and implements appropriate projects and solutions through data analysis, model development, and call testing
- Identifies meaningful insights from data reports; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analyses to various business units in AGN
- Assists the Work Force Management team in developing staffing models and preparing performance reports
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or current student with good standing
- Field of study in business, information systems, communications
- High Aptitude for IT-related problem-solving
- Self-starter, self motivated
