Within the Facilities and Utilities management team, the Facility Engineer partecipates in the waste disposal managing activities. Furthermore he/she collaborates for manage the maintenance activities (preventive and corrective), ensures that the equipment is inventoried and that the maintenance and repair operations necessary for the life of the building are carried out. He/she is a contact person for the service providers in charge of certain maintenance operations.
Technical profile in possession of the knowledge, skills and competences necessary to manage the use of energy efficiently, improving the level of energy efficiency and/or reducing primary energy consumption and emissions of climate-altering gases.
We are looking for a Facility Engineer with this requisitions:
Environmental Engineering Degree;
Must possess skills aimed primarily at satisfying the need for individual comfort and energy containment relevant to the building envelope, as well as satisfying process needs in the industrial and production sectors.
Know-how is therefore necessary to master the issues relating to energy and the skills for energy management (supply, diagnosis, savings and efficiency).
The resource must possess a mix of knowledge and skills covering energy issues, from the scenarios available on the market to efficient technologies and, above all, with the ability to evaluate the economic convenience of the interventions to be adopted, and experience in the technical-economic evaluation of each investment (ROI, NPV, etc.).
The resource will also carry out the monitoring of company projects regarding energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gases and therefore the role will have to cover needs at a national level not only on the Rome site.
Languages: mother tongue Italian and fluent written and spoken English;
Soft skills: good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills, strong problem solving, team working.
