Resumen de funciones: 

Responsable de realizar tareas de mantenimiento, reparación,  revisión, reparaciones eléctricas y mecánicas programadas (preventivas y correctivas) y en las maquinas asignadas en Viña del Mar y lugares aledaños,  así como el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad y administración asociadas al cargo y área según las políticas de Otis, sin prejuicio de que el trabajador pueda realizar apoyos ocasionales a otras áreas operacionales de la compañía, como son de apoyo a instalaciones, montajes y/ modernizaciones. Realizar atención al cliente, levantar desperfectos e informar a su jefatura.

Es importante tener conocimiento de ascensores, escaleras mecánicas y veredas móviles, es importante el trabajo en equipo y la coordinación.

44 horas semanales, en horarios que se le asignarán de:

Ubicación: Viña del Mar

Lunes a Jueves 08:30 a 18:30

Viernes 08:30 a 17:00

En un día normal tendrás que: 

  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en Ascensores, Escaleras y Andenes.

  • Seguridad.

  • Utilizar plataformas digitales.

  • Entrega puntual de documentos.

  • Cumplir horario y buena presentación.

  • Ser embajador de la Seguridad.

  • Tener una excelente actitud de servicio, buscando la excelencia.Tener conocimientos técnicos en Ascensores, Andenes y Escaleras Mecánicas.

  • Autonomía en labores de mantenimiento y reparaciones, capaz de liderar trabajos.

  • Disponibilidad y flexibilidad a los cambios que puedan presentarse en turnos o actividades.

  • Ser proactivo a las labores encargadas.

  • Comunicación debe ser fluida y efectica.
