El Técnico de Ingeniería desarrolla, organiza y controla las áreas productivas asignadas, alcanzando las metas de calidad y productividad, buscando la mejora continua bajo las siguientes responsabilidades.
- Brindar soporte para la optimización de procesos de manufactura
- Diseñar e implementar herramientas (P3) o fixtures de manufactura para el desarrollo e implementación de procesos bajo la tutela de su jefe inmediato.
- Proporcionar el soporte técnico necesario a las áreas de producción.
- Trabajar en equipo con los departamentos de Soporte para lograr la Calidad del producto.
- Soporte en la Introducción de NPI (P3)
- Mantener actualizados documentación de proceso PFMEA, PFD (P3)
- Desarrollo de Instrucciones de Trabajo (VKS)
- Soporte en el desarrollo de Procedimientos que requieran ser generados en cada una de sus áreas productivas para la definición de procesos.
- Activa participación en el programa de Lean Manufacturing (P3)
- Control y manejo del Asset Inventory en el área de fixtures de manufactura
Competencias y habilidades:
- Estudiante o Egresado de Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, Electromecánica, Mecánica o carrera a fin.
- 1 año de experiencia en posición similar
- Conocimiento básico en componentes electrónicos (P2 & P3)
- Conocimiento en desarrollo e implementación de Procesos de manufactura
- Conocimiento en desarrollo e implementación de Procesos de manufactura metal mecánica maquinados y soldadura(P4)
- Conocimiento en principios de Manufactura esbelta
- Conocimiento en instrumento de medición.
- Desarrollo de cartas de proceso e instrucciones de ensamble
- Desarrollo de diagramas de flujo
- Interpretación de planos y dimensiones geométricas
- Conocimiento de Auto CAD
- Conocimiento de la Norma ISO 9001
- Conocimiento de la Norma ISO 14001
- Manejo del paquete Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ingles básico
