! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with the overall goals of the program.

·       Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.

·       Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met, and deliverables are achieved within scope and on time.

·       Collaborate with business & cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and to facilitate decision-making processes.

·       Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.

·       Ensure that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security, complying with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

·       Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

·       Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing technology solutions and optimizing business processes.

Requirements

·       8+ years of relevant experience in technological transformation programs, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.

·       Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

·       Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.

·       Knowledge of change management principles and practices, with experience in driving organizational change initiatives.

·       Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.

·       Fluency in English (spoken & written);

·       Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
