We're currently seeking a Technology Services Manager to join our Plan Services team. The Technology Services Manager (TSM) ensures seamless technology operations by aligning IT services with business goals, achieved through optimizing service management, implementing ITIL best practices and ensuring compliance with RELEX ITSM policy and process. The TSM focuses on enhancing service efficiency and helping align IT services with RELEX's strategic objectives. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Responsibility for selected services, ensuring they are delivered with high quality
  • Identify and drive improvement actions together with the Engineering teams
  • Develop, improve and implement ITIL based service processes to ensure that we continue to deliver great services to our customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve joint targets of customer satisfaction, development and deliver measurable value
  • Report service availability and status regularly for transparency throughout the organization
  • Organize and lead Service specific Steering meetings with the main stakeholders. 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • Sustained background (3+ years) in IT applications service management / support in supply chain or retail operations or experience as a Technology Services Manager (or equivalent) from a SaaS software supplier
  • Experience with ITIL based Service management
  • Proven capabilities to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Capability to interact confidently with stakeholders
  • Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
  • Strong communication skills in English

  • ITIL Foundation certification
