Reporting to the Director HR, Global Technology, the Learning and Development Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees across all levels of the Global Technology department. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving skill development, and aligning training initiatives with the company's strategic goals and priorities. By identifying skill gaps and growth opportunities, the Learning and Development Lead plays a crucial part in empowering employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization's success.
How You'll Help:

  • Manage the design, development and execution of learning programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational skills, capabilities, compliance, and performance.
  • Evaluate organizational learning needs and develop solutions that maximize results to increase employee capability.
  • Work with other stakeholders to maintain an understanding of leadership development needs and priorities .
  • Develop a consistent communications roadmap for all training and development initiatives.
  • Oversee a document repository of all training materials to ensure relevance and alignment with developmental needs of employees .
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement by ensuring that content and learning moments are easy to access, consume and apply.
  • Develop an engaging learner experience by leveraging digital learning technologies and introducing new and innovative ways to learn.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.


How You'll Help:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in training, adult education or learning and development.
  • Experience coordinating, scheduling, and delivering training within an organization undergoing significant transformational change.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams and awareness of global language translation requirements.
  • Experience developing e-learning materials to support large-scale training needs.
  • Knowledge in training specific to technology platforms (Microsoft, SAP, etc)
  • Project Management: demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Budget: effectively manage a large training budget centrally to ensure investment in priority areas
  • Change Management: ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication platforms to ensure success of projects
  • Facilitations Skills: strong facilitation skills required to deliver programs in-person and virtually
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with all levels within the organization including SLT
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with ability to create content for multiple channels.
