WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
The Technology Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Boldr’s client implementations by identifying, deploying, and optimizing AI & Technology solutions across both internal and client projects. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives across three key focus areas: internal AI opportunity identification, technology readiness assessments for clients, and end-to-end solution deployment. This is an impactful role where you will work on a mix of technical and consultative tasks, from conducting AI-readiness assessments to hands-on system deployment and integration. You’ll work cross-functionally with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation tailored to each unique environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Internal Solution Development
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and Automation solutions within Boldr’s internal operations, focusing on teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR/People, and Finance.
- Lead the end-to-end process of researching, deploying, and optimizing solutions that enhance internal workflows and efficiency.
- Manage any necessary technical elements, including scripting and API integrations, to ensure successful deployment.
- Readiness Assessments for Clients
- Conduct technology readiness evaluations by analyzing client problem statements, desired outcomes, and documentation for client suitability.
- Review client SOPs, ticket and volume analysis, and other critical documentation to assess potential areas of impact.
- Provide clients with clear recommendations, including alternative solutions (e.g., automation or tool optimization), to maximize their outcomes.
- Solution Deployment for Clients
- Support AI-ready / technology-ready clients through the complete implementation of chosen tools and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Configure and deploy a variety of systems, whether embedded in client CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias) or external AI platforms (e.g., Forethought, Kodif, PixieBrix).
- Own the client journey from initial setup to full deployment, ensuring a seamless transition and client satisfaction.

YOU HAVE…
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or technology / AI solution deployment.
- Experience in assessing business requirements and designing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiencies.
- Technical expertise, including proficiency with APIs, scripting, and integrating technology solutions into various systems.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, HubSpot) and/or AI-specific platforms (e.g., Forethought, Kodif, PixieBrix).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to evaluating technology fit and alternatives for client projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
