Job Description

  • Architecture, design and implementation of enterprise software defined networks (SDN), with expert knowledge of Cisco DNAC and ISE
  • Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations, risk analysis, gap analysis, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices respectively in one of the area of Enterprise and Datacenter Network
  • Elaboration of design documentation, with consultation with stakeholders. Deliver the design, installation and configuration of these technologies
  • Operate client's IT services according to agreed service levels, ITSM best practices, internal policies and procedures
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support, register and troubleshoot incidents and escalating to external parties
  • Creation and testing of standard operational procedures - backups, restore, monitoring etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
  • Five or more years of professional experience as a Network Administrator (or
    equivalent), with relevance to the tasks described above.
  • Security by design and by default: As an overarching consideration, the candidate must always keep security at the heart of all his responsibilities and assignments
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
  • Ability to efficiently provide support to non-technical end users
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with a hands-on attitude;
  • Ability to make recommendations and give advice about best practices
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment (language and communications skills)
  • Capability to speak to and interface with business and technical audiences
  • Previous design and deployment experience as technology expert for Cisco DNAC and ISE
  • Previous experience designing organization/enterprise campus and data centres
    networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC)
  • In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in the administration and support of campus and datacenter networks
  • Maintaining and monitoring and operational support for network infrastructure
    (standard + SON), with knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools
  • Proven hands-on experience with Cisco ACI
  • Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst product line, FortiGate firewall or FS load balancers
  • Previous experience with network automation
  • Experience as a technology expert in a second area of the following list: Systems, databases, Security
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
