In this role within Global Technologies, the Tech department of the EDENRED group, you will report to
the Tech Delivery Manager of our group Finance platform based on Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (GL, AP,
AR, FA, WE, CM, PO modules) and participate in its management in an international environment.
This platform, already present in more than 26 countries with an ambitious deployment schedule in the
coming years, which is crucial for Edenred. In addition to supporting all finance processes enabling the
production of consolidated group reporting, it also plays a role in the execution of Edenred's core
business operations. Therefore, its stability and ensuring good delivery quality are paramount.
Your tasks in the Production Support & Evolution domains will be as follows:
-Manage the delivery of the teams from our external partner in both domains (teams located in
Romania and Mexico).
-Ensure that delivery-related procedures are properly followed.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous efficiency and quality in both
domains and take corrective actions if necessary.
-Evolve procedures and KPIs as needed.
-Prioritize developments between the two domains if necessary.
-Provide oversight of major production incidents: during the event and afterward until the incident is
finally resolved.
-Ensure service continuity (backups during leave, on-call duties, recovery of specific skills, etc.).
-Provide technical support to the team through your technical expertise and solution knowledge.
-Coordinate with the functional team on schedules, risks, and priorities.
-Manage a team member (team size may evolve depending on platform expansion and/or specific
projects).
And more specifically, regarding quality aspects, your tasks will be:
-Ensure that internal development standards are well understood and adhered to.
-Evolve internal development standards if necessary.
-Ensure that deliverables related to development are created and maintained (technical specifications,
test sheets, software configuration).
-Provide support to the team if standards are not understood or known.
-Propose actions to continuously improve the level of quality and ensure delivery security.
You will also be responsible for managing occasional projects, which include:
-Assessing technical workloads.
-Estimating developments identified within the deployment framework, potentially drafting technical
specifications.
-Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all technical tasks from the technical design phase to post
Go Live support.
-Ensuring the technical solution to be developed is reliable.
-Managing external development teams (Romania, Mexico).
-Providing advisory support to the development team.
-Conducting technical tests.
-Providing support to the business project team during acceptance testing phases.
-Reporting to the project manager/business analyst on deployment projects and to the Tech Delivery
Manager (schedule, remaining tasks, alerts).
In this context, you will be in contact with functional and technical teams (internal, external, and partner)
at both corporate and country levels.
Profile:
Technical consultant on Oracle E-Business Suite, you identify with the following description:
-Proven experience with EBS (minimum 10-12 years), particularly in its R12 version.
-Master in practice of several development tools related to the ERP such as Forms, Report, Unix,
PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAFramework, Web services, AME, Interfaces (File, REST API,
etc.).
-Possess a strong affinity for quality and adherence to procedures that you are willing to share.
-Have initial management experience.
-Familiar with the technical environment of the application: the standard operation and data model of
several Finance suite modules, as well as technical setup.
-Proven experience on Oracle best practices.
-Could write technical documents and procedures.
-Create schedules and ensure the monitoring of defined workloads and tasks.
You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and capable of adapting to current and future
organizational processes and models. You enjoy working in a team, leading consultants, and have good
interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
You may be required to travel abroad for short periods.
