Job description
Akeneo, is seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and resilience of our platforms and products.

Our products are delivered as Software as a Service, and runs on a modern application stack, using public cloud (GCP), infrastructure as code and state of the art DevSecOps tools.
What you will do:

• Build and run security tooling, and automation for cloud environments: workload security, cloud security posture management
• Work closely with product teams to implement security policies, best practices, and controls
• Conduct internal security audits across various scopes, including transversal teams and tools
• Participate in security operations, handling alerts, incident response, and security inquiries
• Contribute to vulnerability assessments, security testing, and incident investigations
• Collaborate on maintaining and improving our ISO 27001 certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a security environment
• Strong experience with Infrastructure As Code, public cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and web security
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in identifying, debugging, and solving complex security-related production issues
• Understanding of secure development processes and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English (a strong French accent is acceptable).

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and security governance
