Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines. Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical writing experience in lieu of a degree.
- 6+ years of proven experience in writing technical documentation. Knowledge of Aerospace Industry preferred.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner after an in-depth review of technical documentation.
- Ability to work and collaborate with diverse populations and multiple stakeholders to establish and maintain cooperative relations with others.
- Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality, credibility, and professionalism.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with publishing software such as Zendesk Guide, Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Acrobat and other software.
US Citizen or Green Card holder.
