Are you passionate about creating clear and engaging content that empowers users to succeed? Quantum Workplace is seeking a Customer Support Content Writer to join our team and enhance our customer help library. In this role, you’ll craft in-depth “how-to” articles and videos, ensuring our customers have the resources they need to fully utilize our products. You'll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver exceptional content that elevates the customer experience.

 

You will:

· Develop and maintain support content for our help library with clarity, precision, and alignment to the Quantum Workplace brand.

· Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to gather technical information for new content creation.

· Update and manage content schedules to align with software releases and ensure accuracy.

· Partner with our Brand Team to maintain and update the help library style guide.

· Analyze trends using data from the Support Team and create resources addressing identified needs.

· Work closely with Customer Success team members to understand training needs and develop effective instructional tools.

· Evaluate chatbot performance by analyzing user interactions, identifying trends, and assessing areas for improvement.

· Assist with hosting or supporting webinars as needed.

 

You have:

We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years of technical writing experience—if you’ve also created training or educational content, that’s a big plus! You’ll need exceptional writing and communication skills because our goal is to make complex concepts simple and accessible for all users.


Do you love breaking down technical details into easy-to-follow steps? This role requires someone who can tailor content to a wide range of audiences, ensuring every customer feels supported and confident using our tools.


Strong organizational and time management skills are key—you’ll juggle multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a clear, consistent workflow. If you’ve managed projects from start to finish, we want to hear about it!


We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on collaboration. You’ll work closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams, so a team-first mindset is a must.


Finally, if you’re tech-savvy and have experience with tools like HubSpot and Asana, you’ll hit the ground running. But don’t worry if you haven’t used these systems—we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn.
