We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training and Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in assessing training needs, developing engaging training materials, and delivering high-quality training programs that support our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory, e-learning course creation, and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and WCAG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis in collaboration with business unit stakeholders to identify training requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement training materials for both e-learning platforms and live presentations.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful live training sessions, ensuring that content is accessible and tailored to various learning styles.
  • Oversee and execute new hire onboarding processes, including role certification for Accessibility Consultants and Advisor Service Representatives.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement for our suite of SaaS products, ensuring continuous learning and development across teams.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), with a preference for experience using Skilljar.
  • Ensure all training materials meet accessibility standards, leveraging experience with HTML, CSS, and WCAG.

Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within a technical or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and its application in both e-learning and live training environments.
  • Proven ability to create e-learning courses, with experience in Articulate 360 and Storyline being highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in LMS management, with a preference for Skilljar.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WCAG, with a demonstrated ability to create accessible training materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
