What you’ll do
Supporting your assigned tutor, you will:
- Support in the creation of new training tools
- Assist in the integration of tools to support training programs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during training session
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective use of training tools
- Propose changes in tools and/or services for training courses
- Prepare operating manuals, or training materials for customers and the sales force.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Communication, Technologies or related field
- Italian mother tongue and English fluent. German is appreciated
- Ability to lead and convince; good communication skills
- Problem Solving
- Flexibility
- Office proficient and good skills in video creation.
