What is the role 

Your role will include managing and mentoring a team of Desktop/Network Support Technicians, overseeing some project implementations, managing the resolution of escalated support issues from the managed network, and assisting with solution scoping/pre-sales. Someone who is flexible and proactive in approach and is a willing contributor to a positive team environment.

Who we are looking for 

- Previous experience in implementing and supporting large networks based on the Microsoft stack is essential.

· Mentoring junior technical staff

· Operational management/technical dispatch

· Experience using CRM/Ticketing system

· Be able to work cooperatively and effectively under pressure

· Have a genuine desire to further their IT career in a managed service environment

· Have excellent communication skills

· Have a current full NZ driver’s license
