Together with us you will be responsible for the development of a web portal for customers so they have insights into how Motorola runs software that helps in their day to day work.

Job Description

  • Our team is looking for leaders who are passionate, proactive and fascinated by new opportunities to build Customer Web Portal solutions
  • Your goal would be to directly manage professionals on the team. You will be responsible for coaching, hiring and overseeing the technical direction for your team
  • As a leader, you will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure the optimal implementation of mission-critical systems
  • The role is for the greenfield project and as such there are plenty of opportunities for growth


Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams (2 years or more)

  • Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems

  • Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (cloud software)

  • Practical experience in programming large systems

  • Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision

  • A great team player

  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and Polish

Would be a plus:

  • An experience in managing the end-to-end software lifecycle

  • Experience with developing applications using public cloud (Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure) 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields.
