Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is looking for a talented and driven Technical System Analyst to join our growing team. As a Technical System Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and developing our IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
• Familiar with Detica jobs set up, sequencing, table structure, configurations, rules actual set up, able to assess what information available at database level, potential performance issue
• Familiar with Fenergo tech risk scoring logic, workflows and the configurations.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with business users to gather and document technical requirements, analyzing system functionalities, designing solutions, and collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
In this role, you will also conduct testing of system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support to users as needed. You will ensure compliance with security policies and technology architecture standards while maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables.
