Job Description:

Provides technical support via phone or email directly to customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging dental equipment, dental CAD CAM software.

Responds to situations where first-line remote support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.

Repairs and/or updates products at the office site (not field).

Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.

Highest level of problem escalation.

May be responsible for developing and conducting technical training for product lines.

Normally degreed dental engineers or dental technician.

Job Requirements:
-
3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service with initial experience in cross-functional management or direct sales in dental business.

Good knowledge Dental Technical aspects (should be able to work with different CADCAM Software)

Good computer skills ( MS Office and other business communication tools).

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, and experience using a CRM system is strongly preferred.

Fluent in spoken and written Dutch, French and English. (the role supports South/North Belgium, as well as the Netherlands).

Commercial orientation, team player, customer oriented.

Independent, organized and flexible.

Good problem-solving skills.

Create and follow cases/tickets with 2nd and 3rd level support, able to lead by example.
The role is hybrid Function, remote from home, and working some days from the office in Mechelen.
