Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and be the crucial link between our customers and engineering teams. In this role, you'll dive deep into technical problem-solving, provide solutions to customer needs, and provide high level support that goes beyond traditional service.

You'll have the opportunity to perform root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with Engineering and R&D teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your analytical mindset, programming skills in C/C++, and passion for technology will drive you to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in embedded systems. As a key player in our technical support services, you'll help shape the future of our products, while ensuring our customers stay ahead with timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer technical accounts and delivery of the technical support services 
  • Performing in depth root cause analysis, problem identification, and replication in the lab environment 
  • Designing, development, and maintaining test or demo applications for various sorts of embedded systems 
  • Coordination of incident resolutions with corporate Engineering and R&D teams, supporting workaround preparation, and similar 
  • Documenting descriptions of problems, investigation findings, testing carried out, and solutions, in the issue management system 
  • Reporting new or recurring problems to design departments 
  • Product training workshops and scheduled meetings as and when required 

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Science or related field 
  • 2 years of overall work experience within roles dedicated to SW development or advanced technical support focused on problems related to SW development / integrations of embedded systems 
  • Fluent communication in English and Polish 
  • Experience in C / C++ programming 
  • Practical knowledge of C++ STL, XML, UML and TCP/IP protocols family 
  • Analytical skills, focused on quality and timely delivery, and open to learning new technologies 
  • Ability to track and resolve multiple concurrent projects over a period of time, with a sense of urgency and efficiency 
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers verbally and in writing 
  • Flexibility in daily activities and for occasional travel 

Nice to have

  • Experience in supporting / deploying mobile telecommunication systems and ability to troubleshoot and reproduce issues related to mobile networks 
  • Knowledge of Android and Linux on embedded systems 
  • Knowledge of any active payment terminal platform and understanding of card payment industry (principles of card acceptance technology, EMV, Contactless, principles of industrial compliancy and cryptography) could be an advantage
