SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Overall responsible for the development on the technical service team assigned to them, to ensure projects are carried out according to specification and customer satisfaction and that Jotun is perceived as a preferred supplier in the market. Will also be required to Provide professional technical service to our customers when required, assist with complaint investigations on site, and feedback product performance to local TSS when required.
This position will be reporting to General Sales Manager - Powder, and will be based in Chonburi, Thailand.
Responsibilities:

Plans, directs, and evaluates the workflow and painting procedure for the team assigned to them.

Manage projects where advanced products have been specified by giving clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff assigned to them in accordance with the specific working procedures in order to ensure that the specification and customer expectations are met.

Works independently on site, on ISM, KAM, and identified key projects by planning, coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure the coating specification is met, and the job is completed according to contract and customers’ satisfaction.

Carry out inspections of specific projects assigned by the direct manager by working independently, following the ITP and working procedures in order ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification

Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met

Carry out complaint surveys by conducting inspections relevant to the complaint, in order to compile an accurate, detailed report to support the investigation phase of the complaint process

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 7 - 9 years of working experience in areas of Technical Support and Service in Sales field.
- Good technical product knowledge and understanding on customer needs.
- Leadership experience, and a proven track record of achieving results through others.
- Proficient in Thai & English.
