Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineering Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Microsoft Teams Calling infrastructure and resolving end-user tickets efficiently. This role demands a high level of expertise in voice engineering, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Teams Calling services, including troubleshooting and resolving end-user tickets.
- Manage and support Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to ensure seamless voice communication.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
- Oversee Direct Inward Dialing (DID) management and ensure optimal allocation and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement voice solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for voice engineering processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure state-of-the-art voice services.
- Support, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft Teams Calling infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams Calling, including call quality, connectivity, and integration problems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Teams Calling to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in voice engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Voice services required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling architecture, components, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in system administration and configuring Microsoft Teams Calling settings.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Teams Calling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Teams Calling certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP.
- Experience working with CUBE’s is a plus.
