The role

We are looking for someone who has bags of energy, is happy, passionate and loves helping people with technology. This individual will play a key role in managing and supporting all business end users, so quick thinking approach and dealing with multiple issues under pressure is key.
Day to day responsibilities

  • Jira ticketing support.
  • Organising equipment for and onboarding our new starters.
  • Administering user access to various systems.
  • Creating knowledge base articles to help our users become self-sufficient.
  • Supporting our team in tracking down and resolving deeper technology issues.
  • Continually improving our systems, practices, and knowledge.
  • Using our remote management tools to deploy and repair systems or our staff.
  • Assist in ad-hoc technology support and technology related duties.
  • User application access
  • Engaging with 3rd parties to remediate IT related issues.
  • Office 365 & SharePoint administration.
  • Readiness for routine OS & Application patching deployed to Laptops.


What we're looking for...

  • An enthusiast who lives and breathes hardware and software.
  • An engineer who is wholehearted about keeping our systems and hardware humming and our staff productive.
  • 4+ supporting macOS systems.
  • 3+ years supporting Windows systems.
  • Ticketing and KB article creation.
  • Strong at setting up, provisioning and supporting AV for Company wide\local team stand-ups.
  • Terminal / CLI knowledge.
  • Depth of device and patch management exposure.
  • Strong MS Office 365 administration.
  • Bash Script & PowerShell.
  • Apple Business Manager enrollment.
  • Good understanding of Device Enrollment program.
  • Understanding CIS compliancy.
  • Administering Jira.
  • On-boarding/Off-boarding practices.
  • Good hardware and troubleshooting knowledge with Mac & Windows devices.

Bonus Skills

  • Okta IDP Access Management Systems.
  • Coaching junior engineers
  • Jamf 100 certification or higher.
  • Familiarity with SwiftDialog.
