As a Technical Support Engineer - Tubular Running Services, you will work seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application are understood and have been considered
As a Technical Support Engineer - Tubular Running Services, you could be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
- To be subject Matter Expert for Tubular Running Services
- Support the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical proposal/program)
- 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed
- Share the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database
- Follow up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field
- Raise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job
- Coach other technical resources in their area of expertise
- Communicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
- PL specific responsibilities
- Handles special projects as required

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and mentor others
- Availability on call outside of normal business hours
- Good communication skills
Desired
- Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements
- Significant operational experience
- End to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage
- Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
