Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und technische Bearbeitung von Kundenproblemstellungen (Klassifizierung, Analyse, Lösungserarbeitung, Entwicklungskoordination, Zeitmanagement) für unsere Kunden in Europa und weltweit
  • Produktunterstützung für unsere Embedded Computer Module und Single Board Computers auf x86 und ARM/RISC Basis für industrielle Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik, Automatisierung, Transport & Logistik und Gebäudeleittechnik
  • Technische Vertriebs- und Kundenberatung während Design-In bis Design-Win Phase
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebskollegen im Avnet-Konzern
  • Pflege von Board Support Packages und BIOS Updates
  • Erstellen von Kundeninformationsmaterial wie Application Notes, White Papers, etc.
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der „Web“-Inhalte
  • Erstellen von Messeaufbauten und Demonstrationsaufbauten für Kunden

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Ausbildung oder alternativ Studium (FH oder Universität) der Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Embedded Systemtechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ technische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an neuen Technologien
  • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen auch in schwierigen Situationen
  • Sowohl teamorientierter als auch selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
  • Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
