Job Description
In your daily work, you will respond to a range of inquiries about customer accounts, subscriptions, and goods while giving our clients a first-rate experience over the phone and in remote sessions.
- Customer service abilities: To help clients who call customer service lines. Ensure a positive customer experience by being kind and empathetic.
- Resolve Issues: Customers will search for refunds, account-related problems, and purchases or renewals. Respond quickly and effectively to both voice and non-voice engagements;
- Technical Skills: Customers will require assistance with installing, reinstalling, and resolving any technical issues pertaining to antivirus software in Technical Support cases.
Qualifications
- Excellent Verbal & Written skills in French(B2H/C1 Level)
- Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 Level);
- Previous Experience in Customer Service is an advantage;
- Intermediate technical PC knowledge and ability to multitask
- Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
- Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude;
- Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
