The Team:
The Celonis Ecosystem team supports our partners and is pivotal to our company growth strategy as we aim to place the Celonis Platform in the hands of every consultant. Within the Ecosystem team, the Partner Acceleration team drives partnership activation, adoption, joint Go to Market, innovation, and overall success.

The Role:
As a Technical Solution Manager, based out of Bangalore - India , you will be responsible for managing the overall technical solution design and delivery for our Partners, supporting the go-to-market activation of our global strategic Consulting and System Integrators partnerships, by ensuring successful implementations of the Celonis platform.
The work you’ll do:
- Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, including GSIs , Consulting Firms and RSIs ensuring alignment of goals, strategies, and technical solutions
- Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with partners to design and implement process mining led solutions that meet end customer needs. Also provide guidance towards customized solutions and apps, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise during partner meetings, helping to define requirements, create demos, and support technical validation processes.
- Technical Support & Enablement: Help partners resolve technical issues or roadblocks in delivering Celonis solutions, offering troubleshooting, workarounds, and deep platform knowledge. Help partners develop their technical capabilities to ensure they can effectively deliver Celonis-based solutions to customers and also support them by providing training, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance.
The qualifications you need:
In addition to your strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to interact directly with partners and customers, you should possess the following:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical solution management or engineering role, preferably within the SaaS or process management space. Experience working with partners, consultants, and systems integrators is a plus
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture, data integration, business process management, and process automation. Knowledge of Celonis’ platform or similar process mining tools is a strong advantage.
- Consulting & Partner Enablement: Experience in working with external partners to enable them to deliver complex technical solutions. Ability to train, mentor, and support partner teams on product knowledge and technical best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to present and demo technical solutions to customers and partners.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and engineering teams. Proven track record of working in high-performance teams and driving results through collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
