To provide guidance and advice related to the integration of solutions across technologies; ensuing all outputs are in compliance with current governance and legislation and provide IT leadership based on IT and business acumen.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 10–15 years in:
- Microservices and cloud computing (Azure).
- Java development.
- Leading technical teams.
Technical Stack:
- Must-Have: Java 17, Azure AD, Azure portal.
- Familiarity with modern microservices architecture.
Team Dynamics
- Part of a high-performing, 10–15-member project delivery team, collaborating within a larger team of 40+.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Strong technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High emotional maturity for managing diverse team dynamics and challenges.
Core Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Deployment: Creating, supporting, and configuring technologies to align with the NAR Harmonization Program.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering Leads, Solutions Architects, and business stakeholders to align technical efforts with strategic goals.
- Blocker Resolution: Identifying and removing obstacles to facilitate progress.
- Project Contribution: Delivering microservices-based solutions as part of a high-performing project delivery team.
Qualifications
Education: IT degree or equivalent.
Certifications: Azure cloud, Java.
