Role Overview:
We are searching for a technical sales professional who will develop existing and new customers of Greif’s paints and linings products as part of Greif’s Tri-Sure team (https://www.tri-sure.com/products/?Categories=Paints%20%26%20Linings). This will involve technical sales to introduce the products to market, provide product changes and adaptions to market variations as well as the technical support to customers by answering enquiries.
This is a great opportunity to work in a multi-national environment where you will be able to deliver exceptional customer service to multi-national customers. Reporting to our VP Sales, you will be based at our factory in Vreeland and collaborate with colleagues across different departments that value team work.

Typical Accountabilities:

Engage with existing and new customers to provide quotes on our product range.

Provides feedback on market developments, trends and customer wishes within the organization.

Technical support; advising on use of the products and support with implementation Identify product development and coordinate and support implementation.

Maintain contact and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the Sales Director, Sales Support, Purchasing, Legal and Factory Management.

Undertake customer visits to develop products for the paints sector.

Prepare material to promote Greif products, such as mailings, brochures.

Account manage existing customers to ensure continued revenue and opportunities upsell.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related technical field.

Able to demonstrate commercial acumen and a track record of driving sales of technical products.

Market experience in paints, coatings or a relevant industry.
-
Have a customer driven approach to deliver customer satisfaction and objectives.
-
Must be fluent in English. Dutch would be an advantage.
