Job Description
The Technical Sales Engineer provides support for data exchange, data analysis and business requirements while leading projects for Vericast solutions and products offered to our Financial Institution Clients.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assigned medium-sized projects; will be responsible for multiple projects; and/or may be responsible for multiple phases of a project. Key responsibilities to include required data and transmission discussions with Financial Institution Clients 35%
- Define business requirements, develop and implement plans to achieve a specific scope that is driven by the solutions and products. Key responsibilities to include validating and analyzing data to ensure it meets program needs. 15%
- Coordinating and carrying out communications among stakeholders that are active, effective, and collaborative in nature. 15%
- Skilled in developing process and technical documentation. Has a general understanding of a business segment or function. Ability to become proficient in multiple programs and solutions used by our Financial Institution Clients.15%
- Addresses the various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the project. Managing stakeholders towards meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables for Vericast products and solutions. 10%
- Regularly provides guidance to and assists in training of less experienced personnel. Will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams. Communicates directly with internal and external Financial Institution Clients; may act as an internal consultant. 10%
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 9+ years’ work experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Above average communication skills.
COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS:
- Communicates directly with internal and external customers.
- Communicates with vendors.
Additional Information
Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Position is eligible for a 10% annual bonus incentive program.
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
