As a full-cycle recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on building strong talent pipelines for software engineering teams, as well as product-focused and non-technical roles. You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements, design sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. By leveraging data, market insights, and your technical acumen, you will drive improvements in hiring processes and build diverse and inclusive teams for high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance for software engineering and product management roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, events, networking) to proactively attract top technical talent, including passive candidates for niche roles.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from the initial outreach to the interview process, maintaining high standards of communication and transparency.
- Market Insights & Data-Driven Decisions: Provide insights into the talent landscape, salary trends, and hiring practices, using data to optimize recruitment efforts and improve the hiring pipeline.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience while implementing best practices across the organization.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity recruitment strategies, advocating for inclusive hiring practices and building diverse teams.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, nurturing relationships with passive talent.
- Recruiting Strategy: Design and implement tailored recruiting plans, influence senior stakeholders, and improve hiring processes by leveraging data and feedback from hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers and product managers.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software and product development lifecycles, with the ability to evaluate technical skills across various roles.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven success in sourcing technical candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, and events, with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze and leverage data to inform recruitment strategies, improve processes, and communicate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work inclusively with hiring managers to improve processes and attract diverse candidates.
- Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, driving improvements while meeting hiring goals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem), recruiting platforms, and pipeline metrics to streamline the recruitment process.
- Commitment to Inclusion: Proven experience designing inclusive recruiting strategies and working to attract diverse talent, including underrepresented groups.
- Experience in High-Growth Environments: Familiarity with recruiting for technology-driven companies or startups and managing high-volume recruiting.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed (occasional)
